1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at quantifyrellp.space, engaging with our engineering consultancy, or commissioning software, mobile apps, or AI systems from QUANTIFYRE LLP, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of India.

2. Scope of Engineering Services

QUANTIFYRE LLP provides specialized technology services including but not limited to custom enterprise software, artificial intelligence and workflow automation, full-stack Next.js and web development, mobile application engineering, and UI/UX product design.

• All deliverables are executed in accordance with formally approved Project Scope of Work (SOW) documents.
• Client-approved sprints and milestones undergo verification on dedicated staging environments before production cutover.
• Post-deployment warranties cover bug fixes and code stability for a minimum agreed period as stipulated in project contracts.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full settlement of contractual fees, all customized source code, database architectures, graphics, and proprietary workflows engineered specifically for the client transfer completely to the client. QUANTIFYRE LLP retains ownership of its pre-existing libraries, toolkits, and foundational algorithms.

4. Payment & Milestone Schedules

Invoices are issued based on mutually signed milestones or retainer periods. Payments are processed in INR (₹) or USD ($) via direct bank wire transfers, UPI, or designated international payment gateways.
